This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery terms, procedures, and expectations for Home Garden Organizer. We are committed to providing a reliable, transparent, and structured shipping experience for our Home Storage & Outdoor Living Furniture. Please review the following guidelines carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure you understand our shipping practices.
We currently offer shipping exclusively to the contiguous 48 United States.We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or any addresses outside of the contiguous United States.
Due to the substantial size and weight of our home storage and outdoor furniture items, as well as specific carrier limitations, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. A valid physical street address is strictly required for all orders to ensure successful delivery.
We provide a straightforward shipping fee structure based on your total order value. All applicable shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is finalized.There are no additional handling fees or hidden charges. The total price you see at checkout is the final price you pay (excluding applicable sales tax).
We aim to process your orders promptly. The total time it takes to receive your order is determined by the formula: Order Processing Time + Transit Time = Total Estimated Delivery.
Once your order has been processed and shipped via our authorized carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system. If your order contains multiple large furniture or storage items, they may be shipped in separate packages (split shipments) to optimize transit safety. In such cases, you will receive tracking details for each individual package, and they may arrive on different days.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete physical shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays, misrouted packages, or secondary shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address entry.
If the carrier’s tracking indicates that your package has been “Delivered” but you cannot locate it on your property, you must first contact the respective carrier directly to file a trace or claim. While we will gladly assist you by providing relevant shipment documentation, we cannot assume liability for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.
If your item arrives damaged due to transit mishandling, you must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
To successfully process a damage claim, you are required to email us clear photographs showing the damage to the product, as well as the exterior packaging (including the shipping label). Upon review of the provided evidence, we will prioritize arranging a replacement or issuing a refund in accordance with our standard procedures.
