A: We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $165 or more. For orders under $165, a straightforward flat-rate shipping fee of $15 is applied at checkout.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: The total estimated delivery time is 3-9 business days. This timeline is calculated by adding our order processing time (1-2 business days) to the transit time (2-7 business days). Please note that our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (PT). Orders placed after this time or on weekends will begin processing on the following business day.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
A: No. Due to the substantial dimensions and weight of our home storage and outdoor living furniture, our authorized carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We exclusively ship to valid physical street addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in brand new, un-assembled condition, and securely packed in its original packaging with all included hardware and manuals.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: IMPORTANT: Do not send any packages back to our address without contacting us first. You must email [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Packages returned without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) cannot be tracked or processed by our warehouse, which may result in severe processing delays or an inability to complete your refund. Please always contact us first to secure your RMA and prepaid label.
Q: Are there any restocking fees?
A: No. We operate with complete transparency and charge a $0 Restocking Fee as long as the returned product meets our strict condition requirements (brand new, unused, and undamaged).
Q: Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
A: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we cover 100% of the return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid label. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or buyer’s remorse, you are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
Q: The wood finish on my shelf looks slightly different from the pictures. Is this a defect?
A: No. Many of our outdoor benches and indoor shelves are made from natural materials like Acacia and Meranti wood. Natural variations in wood grain patterns, knots, and slight differences in stain absorption are inherent characteristics of the material, not product defects. Additionally, variations in monitor display settings can cause slight color discrepancies.
Q: What should I do if my furniture is damaged during transit?
A: If an item arrives damaged due to rough handling by the carrier, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. You must attach clear photographs showing the damage to the item and the exterior packaging (including the shipping label). We will review the evidence and prioritize a replacement or refund.

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We do not accept personal checks, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery (COD).
